feat: add requests, health, and customizable home dashboard - Version V1.10 stable
- add Seerr requests page with actions, posters, filters, availability checks, and nav badge
- add health dashboard, audit/webhook history support, and integration uptime history
- add customizable home layout with presets, visibility toggles, kiosk mode, themes, alerts, quick actions, and weekly stats
- add user profile media rails for favourites, watchlist, continue watching, recent watches, and recommendations
- improve integration settings, library import cards, request card layout, and persistence for integration config
- cache Seerr request/detail lookups to improve Requests page speed
