fix: refresh account config after Quick Connect setup
- Refresh cached app config immediately after Jellyfin Quick Connect completes
- Update the navbar from fresh backend config instead of stale localStorage data
- Broadcast config updates so account UI reflects the Jellyfin user without a page refresh
- Return Jellyfin profile image metadata from Quick Connect completion
- Prevent the sidebar from briefly showing Local login after Quick Connect approval
