• Keep all URL processing offline, with zero permissions.

Verified with 815 debug and 815 release unit tests, 281 instrumentation tests, and 40 signed-artifact clean-install/upgrade checks. The APK also passes an independent Linux rebuild using the current F-Droid recipe.
