This is likely the last bug fix before the next minor version of NCPA. This fixes a few bugs that are important enough that they needed to go out before the next minor.
Note: Some issues with Windows and languages have been partially fixed, full fixes may require waiting for Python 3, which should be coming either in version 2.1 or 3.
