Highlights

Performance fix release.

• Opening sequences with many camera label components is faster: CameraLabelDescriptor.from_dict now caches decoded label types and schemas, which label components typically share and only differ in their camera, instead of running the generic dataclasses-json decoder for every descriptor. This mostly benefits sequences with per-frame (time-varying) camera intrinsics, where decoding hundreds of descriptors dominated the time to open a sequence. The caches are tunable via CameraLabelDescriptor.label_type_cache / label_schema_cache. Reader APIs and the on-disk format are unchanged.
