The develop tree sync check failed on test/python/sdpa/frost/test_sdpa_bwd_dsl_sm120.py and was waived by request. All wheels were verified against the pinned Megatron commit.

Validation: all 18 required wheels passed version, source-commit, and SHA-256 checks. SM80 wheel tests passed. The SM121 smoke job collected no tests because its CI paths use the newer test layout. The SM90 job hit GPU out-of-memory errors and exceeded its one-hour timeout, so SM90 validation is incomplete.
