New Features
- NOMM can now install utilities that aren't archives (such as utilities that are literally just a .dll file for example)
- You can now ignore mod updates (especially useful for when there are "fake" updates i.e. the mod author forgot to change the version number on Nexus)
Fixes
- Major Regression impacting new users: 0.14.2 introduced a bug that would completely interrupt onboarding for any user with a steam installation
- Better matching for downloaded Github utilities (should avoid nearly all cases where NOMM doesn't detect that a Github-sourced utility has been downloaded)
