Improvements since v3.6.0-rc4:

• Add support for $DESTDIR in the iptables makefile.
• Atomic Config now handles static BIB entries while adding instances.
• Atomic Config now rejects all duplicate and unknown tags.
• Patch several segfaults on JSON parse errors.

I decided to upgrade the major version number because of the backwards-incompatible userspace interface.
