📲 Installation

  1. Download the Full build below (recommended for all devices).
  2. Verify its signature using the hashes provided.
  3. Install on your device (you may need to allow installation from unknown sources).

The Minified build is available for low-end devices. It contains only core features but is fully stable.

Please report any crashes, bugs, or unexpected behavior.

đŸ“Ļ Available Builds

  • Full: Complete build with all components (universal APK, runs on every architecture).
  • Full32: Complete build without FFmpeg (universal APK, runs on every architecture).
  • Minified: Lightweight build, recommended for low-end devices (universal APK, runs on every architecture).
  • Minified32: Lightweight build without FFmpeg (universal APK, runs on every architecture).
  • FOSS (com.nevar.nzik.foss): Full build without auto-updater and without FFmpeg (universal APK, runs on every architecture).

â„šī¸ Standard builds (Full, Minified) bundle FFmpeg, which is why they're bigger. The "32" builds (Full32, Minified32) and FOSS drop FFmpeg (and Media Export). All builds are universal APKs and run on every architecture.

âš–ī¸ Why are the standard builds so big? The only difference between Full (≈ 140 MB) and Full32 (≈ 62 MB) is FFmpeg: ≈ 77 MB of native audio libraries bundled for every architecture. It is not used for regular playback, streaming or downloads: it only powers Media Export (export cached/downloaded songs with full metadata + cover art) and the in-app Metadata Editor. The *32 builds and FOSS drop FFmpeg to stay small (≈ 62 MB) and don't include those two features. The rest (≈ 62 MB) is the code and resources inherited from upstream forks, trimmed gradually by a single maintainer. Full explanation
