Important compatibility notes

Android 10/API 29 or newer is now required. Android 9 users should stay on v2.19.2.
Release APKs are now split by CPU ABI, so sideload users should pick the APK matching their device, or use Obtainium for brainless installation + update (see the big button in README).
DHCP workaround is gone. You shouldn't need to use this anyways.
