3.2.0 - Updates for Artificer & Heroes of Faerûn & more

This update focuses on adding support for the modern Artificer from Eberron: Forge of the Artificer and the spells from Forgotten Realms: Heroes of Faerûn. Also, I decided to add back animation configurations for the Frightened and Stunned conditions due to many people asking about it, though I still didn't want to add any more than that since I didn't like having too many personally. I also took the time to update various existing animation configurations with new graphics and sound effects from newer releases of JB2A and PSFX. And finally, I merged in the Czech localization that was submitted by @Lethrendis, thank you very much :)

This may be my last update for a very long time or possibly ever. It is getting increasingly difficult to add content to the autorec file as I constantly have to fight Automated Animations and keep backing up the file to prevent losing work due to corruption. It seems easier to add new content than updating older stuff, but both are difficult when the menu keeps messing up. Since this is the end of the year, and I finally added modernized support for one of my favorite D&D classes, it seems like a good place to stop for now.

Who could blame Automated Animations from buckling a bit under the weight? D&D5e Animations now has 1289 configurations. The autorec.json file is 263,771 lines long and is over 5.3MBs in size. And besides some weirdness within the Recognition Menu, it still works fine while playing! I think that's pretty good :) I hope this will be considered good enough for now. I might let someone else take a crack at updating the module but we'll see.

I never considered what I put together to be the hard part. Everyone else did the programming, graphics, and sound effects. There have been plenty of others who have also added to the autorec directly. I just helped put it all together. It has still been a lot of time and investment, which I think has been worth it. I hope people keep enjoying D&D5e Animations until something bigger and better can take its place. Until then, thank you all for using this module :)
