Test build for v0.5.15. Offered in the launcher only with Offer test builds ticked. Network protocol 25, the same as v0.5.14: v0.5.14 and this build play together in every mode.

What's in it
Everything in v0.5.15-test.7 (Friends, the hold-Menu panel, Link Discord), plus:
- Find friends by name. Friends panel > Find a friend: type at least 3 letters of a name and Search. Each result shows the player's friend code, because two players can have the same name, and Add, Accept, Request sent or Friends. Search never shows whether someone is online. Adding by friend code still works, just below.
- Show me in search (Friends panel > Privacy and restore code) is on unless you switch it off. Off, only your friend code finds you.
- Your name and status at the top of the Friends panel: Edit changes your name (the same one the Multiplayer page shows), and Online / Appear offline sits beside your friend code. A name can change ten times a day.
- Typing in game. The Friends panel's boxes (name, search, friend code) now bring up the headset keyboard in the hold-Menu panel and the online pause menu, as in the launcher.
Friends features need test.5 or newer on both sides.
The sound logging from test.1 for #229 is still in. If the sound turns bit-crushed with an echo, send a report from the launcher while it is broken, before restarting the game.
Please try
- Search for a friend by part of their name and add them; switch Show me in search off and check they can no longer find you.
- Change your name at the top of the Friends panel, in the launcher and in a mission (hold Menu).
- Still open from test.7: Link Discord in the headset.
Dedicated servers
No server downloads in this build: the server setup keeps installing the v0.5.14 server, which this build joins as usual.
Known issues
Everything listed in v0.5.14's notes still applies.
Install
Update from the launcher (Offer test builds on), or sideload GoldenEye-VR-v0.5.15-test.8.apk over your install; your ROM folder and settings are kept.
