Users can now easily run NPlusMiner as Administrator using the NPMAsAdmin shortcut
- Why would you want to run as admin?
  - Some miners are showing up to x2 better hashrate when running as admin (RandomXXX algos)
  - If you want to use the PreRun feature to set OC on cards, NVidiaInspector requires admin permissions
- Note that running as admin will trigger UAC at start
