5.9.9 aka 6.0 beta
This version comes with a all lot of changes.
You are strongly encouraged to use the Plus variant of pools to get all the great features BrainPlus is bringing to NPlusMiner.
Other pool variant are still available in case users want to use them but NPlusMiner is really optimized for BrainPlus.

NPlusMiner is the only tool out there coming with BrainPlus advanced AI bringing deep statistics analysis leading to the best mining decisions for your hardware.

• BrainPlus

  • BrainPlus is now fully coin based on ZergPool
    • We've worked with ZergPool Ops so we now get full coin level data to base estimation on.
    • On ZergPool, BrainPlus AI is now fully coin based providing more accurate data and better mining decisions.
    • Many thanks to ZergPool Ops for the collaboration!
  • BrainPlus now uses hybrid coin level estimation (other than ZergPool)
    • These are less accurate than the estimations provided for ZergPool. (Equivalent to previous version)
    • We hope other pools Ops will provide full coin level data soon.
  • BrainPlus now includes an Orphaned blocks penalty.
    • Is an algo is showing increasing orphaned blocks, algo will be penalized so Hash is not wasted on a faulty wallet.
    • The penalty will come back to normal automatically as valid blocks are found.
    • Note that some pools might not accurately surface orphaned blocks in API leading to the feature not being accurate.
    • If you find any of the above please let us know so we can work with pool Ops to get it corrected.
    • This feature will not work with BlazePool as the pool API does expose blocks.
  • More accurate solo block penalty. (For pools offering solo/party mining options)
    • If selected, NPlusMiner will penalize coins that are massively solo mined.
    • BrainPlus AI uses a combination of the solo hashrate and the solo block found to determine the Penalty. So even if a coin is showing solo hashrate, it will only be penalized if solo block are actually found.
  • BrainPlus is now been given memory
    • Will save learning phase on short stop / restart
  • BrainPlus data engine reviewed for better performance
    • This is not something you'll see as BrainPlus runs in the background but that is a great improvement for your Rigs.

• Core

  • Changed estimations comparison engine.
    • NPlusMiner comparison engine did have some limitations that are no more:
      • ActiveMinerGain% was not used between pools causing higher switching rate
      • ActiveMinerGain% was not used between coins of the same algo causing higher switching rate
      • ActiveMinerGain% was only including top algo/coins/pools
      • We were not able to show the full list of combinations in the Benchmark tab.
    • All of the above are now included in comparisons for more accuracy and lower switching rate.
  • Added show only top coins option (Default)
    • With the changes in the estimations comparison engine, the list of possible combination can be quite long.
    • You can now set this option to false to see all estimations in the Benchmark tab (Pools/Algos/Coins)
    • Note that this will result in Algos being listed more than once during Benchmark. No worries, NPlusMiner will only benchmark each algo once.
  • Custom miners configuration is now available with custom configuration editor
    • Ever needed to customize miner intensity, algorithm difficulty or any other miner settings?
      • Users can now customize any miner command line or password settings.
    • Note that this feature is for Advanced users only and is not required for standard mining.
    • Custom Miner setting do persist on autoupdate (Which might cause issue after update depending on miner changes)
    • Be careful and test your settings.
      • Custom Miner Setting take precedence on Dev settings.

• UI

  • Two last days per pool earning comparison graph added (Right hand side graph)
  • Coin info added
    • Showing coins being mined when target pool supports it
    • Showing "Auto (BrainPlus suggested coin) when pool do not. In that case, the pool decides which coin is mined.
  • Coin info added in Switching pane
  • Coin info added in Benchmarks pane
  • Color focus on Benchmarks pane

• Pools

  • Additional divisor on NLPool
    • We tried to get NLPools Ops to fix estimations on pools side but we still see inflated estimations there. We've implemented additional divisors on price where needed so estimations are more in line with real price.

• Miners

  • All miners updated to latest version
  • Miner file structure has changed to take advantage of the latest BrainPlus features
