Highlights

Live task lists over JSON: backlog task list --json --watch emits the complete matching list at startup, then a full replacement whenever the result changes. Each response uses exactly the existing JSON fields, envelope, indentation, and trailing newline. Filters, sorting, limits, and local task scope are unchanged (#1015)
Subscribers stay current after task edits, creation, removal, and dependency or configuration changes. Unchanged results are suppressed, and slow consumers do not build up a queue of snapshots. Read successive complete JSON values and replace the previous list with each response; restart the command for a fresh snapshot (#1015)

The acceptance-criteria progress ring now sits in the web board card header beside the priority badge, removing the extra row below the title and making cards more compact (#995)
