Fixes
- Signing back in to a service after its session expired — Google Calendar
among them — could end in a JavaScript error in the main process, and leave
the other services stuck on "Loading…" until Nexus was restarted. A page that
closes itself no longer takes its service down with it: on screen, the
service reloads in place; in the background, it goes to sleep and wakes up on
the next click.
Security
- The embedded browser engine moves to Electron 43.8.6, which fixes twelve
security advisories. Two of them concern sign-in popups directly: a window
opened from a sandboxed page now inherits its sandbox, and SameSite cookie
rules now apply to windows opened from links. - The updater now rejects malformed cached update files.
