• Adds exact announcement targeting for one or more installations using the existing random minimal-presence installation ID.
• Keeps the identifier privacy-preserving: no mower serial number, account data, map, credentials or Voice Store robot fingerprint is sent with the feed request.
• Works with Reporting Server 1.0.37, whose message editor dynamically lists the currently reported mower models and installations and supports multiple selections.
• Preserves all 2.4.9.5-beta1 message caching, unread badges, one-time popup behavior, 23 languages and the stable 2.4.9.4 mower-control path.
