⚠️ Breaking Changes - Fresh Setup Required

This version includes protocol-level changes that are not backwards compatible. You must regenerate your server configuration and distribute new config files to all users.

For existing installations:

1. Run moav config rebuild to regenerate everything with new credentials
2. Distribute the new config files from outputs/bundles/ to your users
3. Restart services: moav restart

For new installations: Follow the normal setup process - no action needed.
