- Switch payload encryption to AES-256-GCM and move session/action into the encrypted body (breaking: agent, server and Android app must all be 1.1.60)
- Add aesEnable option; require a token of at least 32 chars
- Fix proxy hangs from blocking connects to unreachable hosts
- Fix high CPU usage from tunnel polling
