Major Changes:
A default startup preset can now be specified in the "Settings" tab. Just check "Enable Startup Preset" and point "Startup Preset Path" at the preset you want to automatically load on startup.

A previous preset hotkey can now be specified in the "Settings" tab. There is no key set by default, and this key is not meant to scroll through presets alphabetically.

DirectX 9 support has been re-added to GShade, and that means the DX9 versions of Final Fantasy XIV and Tera Online are partially (some shaders will not function) supported again.

Bug Fixes:
Resolution desync (double cursor when changing resolutions) should no longer occur in Final Fantasy XIV.

UI Changes:
The Restart Tutorial button has been removed from the Settings tab.
The Settings tab has been re-arranged to make commonly used settings more visible.
Rounding has been moved into the Custom Simple and Custom Advanced themes.

The following themes have been added:
GShade
Espresso Glow
Kupaii's Pink Sugar
Meia's Purple Rose
Neneko's Aquamarine Abyss

Shader Changes:
Added AMD's FidelityFX Contrast-Adaptive Sharpening method (ContrastAdaptiveSharpen [CAS.fx]). For best results this is intended to be followed immediately by a surface blur or antialising Technique.

The following shaders have been added:
Bumpmapping.fx
CAS.fx
Deblur.fx
DepthSharpen.fx
MotionFocus.fx

The following shaders have been updated:
ColorMod.fx
SCurve.fx

Preset Updates:
FadaGameplay.ini
GShadeGameplayRealism.ini
GShadeGameplayVanilla.ini
Neneko ColorS
OkamiCinema.ini

Installer Improvements:
The installer can now replace missing dll files in Final Fantasy XIV installations.
Will now enable FXAA and set Transparent Lighting Quality to High for proper KeepUI_FFXIV functionality.
Sets the correct depth buffer settings for Final Fantasy XIV on install even for old configs.
