End-user-safe promotion matching and bounded Usenet discovery. Matchup releases must now contain both selected teams; two-digit dates are recognised; event stages are no longer learned as promotion aliases; football-data enables strict dates automatically; UU and Easynews receive ranked, bounded searches that fit the stream deadline; and non-English releases can be enabled per promotion with clearer rejection logs.
