Fixes Nuvio Refresh Links receiving an empty conditional 304 response after a TorBox warm. Every refresh now receives the complete newly built stream list. Metadata now owns provider creation: use a shipped adapter or connect a public JSON/API schedule by mapping its event list, name, date, ID, time, venue, description, and artwork fields. Providers can be tested and previewed before saving, then selected in the Promotions wizard.
