Operations console and availability funnel
- Rebuilt Logs as a responsive operations console with live pause/resume, selection-safe refresh, filters, wrapping, copy and plain-text export.
- Added sampled rejection titles by reason, plus a persistent switch to log every rejected title during matching diagnostics.
- Replaced ambiguous recent-search totals with discovered -> matched -> ready counts.
- Added an automatic in-place database migration; older search rows show outcome pending until searched again.
- Added regression coverage for the log console, database migration and Torrent/TorBox funnel.
Validated with 115 automated tests, authenticated account smoke tests, responsive browser QA and the published-container Compose health check.
