0.28.0 — Per-event admin power tool
Sportarr-style workflow for individual events. Replaces the user-facing auto-warm (disabled in 0.26.2 because of TB 429 cascades) with explicit, admin-driven candidate selection.
🛠️ /admin/power-tool — pick an event from a datalist autocomplete (all metadata-store events, most-recent first). Re-search indexers for that one event. See the candidate list with title, size, seeders, source, and per-provider verified badges (TB ✓/✗/?, PM ✓/✗/?). Tick the ones you want and click "🔥 Warm selected on TB" or "🔥 Warm selected on PM" — uses the admin's WARMER_TB_TOKEN / WARMER_PM_KEY, never per-user creds. Then "♻️ Re-verify cached state" runs checkCachedBatch / cacheCheck against just this event's hashes and stamps the verdict onto each candidate — rows appear in users' /stream immediately without waiting for the 3h global warm cycle.

🛡️ Buttons that require a key not set in .env are disabled with a tooltip explaining which env var is missing.
Upgrading: standard deploy. Make sure WARMER_TB_TOKEN / WARMER_PM_KEY are set in .env for the warm actions to be enabled.
