0.26.2 — Fixes the TB 429 cascade that was killing playable links
Two changes targeting the root cause of "links that worked yesterday don't work today":
🔁 TB torrent_id cache — /resolve previously called createTorrent for every play of every hash, even ones already cached on TB. TB rate-limits createTorrent strictly; repeated plays got HTTP 429, then "createTorrent failed" soft-denylisted the hash. The hash IS cached and playable — we were just hitting the rate-limiter. Now the torrent_id is cached per-hash (24h TTL); subsequent resolves reuse it and skip createTorrent.
🚫 User-facing auto-warm checkboxes removed — contributing to the same 429 cascade. UI section hidden; hidden inputs preserve existing saved values so the schema is unchanged. Auto-warm code path is now env-gated AUTO_CACHE_ENABLED=on (default off). When re-enabled in a future release alongside proper deduplication, it'll be safer.
Coming next: admin per-event power tool — select an event, search Prowlarr against its aliases, pick a torrent, warm on admin's TB/PM keys, trigger single-event re-warm. Replaces user-facing auto-warm with a curated workflow.
Upgrading: standard deploy. No env changes required (AUTO_CACHE_ENABLED defaults off).
