-Added resume functionality for GIFs and videos
-If there is an unexpected termination such as closing the download or program, starting the conversion again with the same settings will resume where it left off.
-Note that this doesn't change the behavior of the "stop" button, which will still stop early and render what it did up to that point. You cannot resume after clicking the "stop" button since it deletes the separated frames after it is complete.
