- Add the ability to auto-skip segments, or disable the skip button for them from settings.
- Allow disabling the scroll optimization if it annoys anyone (from the home tab in settings).

Bug fixes:
- app: trigger a refresh after returning from a sleep/suspension state.
- tizen: avoid avplay failing to select the correct subtitle track by changing how resume works.
- osd: fix osd clock not looking like the global one.
- auth: another test fix for failed initial authentication.
