What's Changed

Unquote SetEnv values the way OpenSSH does, including -o SetEnv. Quoted values such as SetEnv TERM="xterm-256color" no longer keep the quote characters, which broke tmux (#904).
Keep etserver alive on Linux when a client connects and closes immediately. libgcc_s is linked ahead of libunwind, so that handshake exception unwinds instead of segfaulting (#903, #908).
Restart et.service when the Arch packages upgrade, so a new etterminal is not left talking to the previous etserver (#911, #912).

The wire protocol is still version 6, so 7.1.0 and 7.1.1 peers connect.
