• Visual cue on success: after Apply settings completes, the status area shows “Applied” (and the status text becomes “Configuration applied”) for a couple seconds.
• No-op Apply: Apply settings now compares the current “apply-relevant” settings against the last applied settings.
• If nothing changed, it shows “No changes” and does not restart/stop the agent or touch NSSM/tasks.
