- Added a timeout value to the gallery search to delay partial loading and glitching while typing.

Fixed
- Fixed a bug whereby gallery filters started on the current page rather than the first page. Where items were less because of the fillter this resulted in a blank page.
- Fixed the session timeout value allowing it to persist even after browser close.
- Added missing drop gallery translation value.
- Added missing pending items report translations.
- Fixed a bug whereby a basic user was loading but not displaying pending items resulting in a blank first page if pending items exceeded the page item limit.
