Release v1.2.0

This is a stable release of the DIM Aegis Overlay extension. It introduces a complete visual refresh of the settings popup menu, a new toggleable 2-tier weapon grading overlay system(Thanks RorschachsDream), and a hover-driven help guide with embedded badge illustrations to help users understand the new ratings.

What's New in v1.2.0

Toggleable 2-Tier Weapon Grading System

  • Badge Overlay Mode Toggle: Added a toggle switch in the settings popup allowing you to switch between showing standard grading (S, A, B...) or 2-Tier meta+roll combinations (BS+, SA, SF), which indicate both meta viability and roll quality at a glance.
  • Corrected Tooltip Grade Colors: Weapon profiles displaying 2-tier ratings inside inventory tooltips now color-code the grade letter matching the roll accuracy part (gold/yellow for S+ in BS+) rather than the meta archetype tier prefix. (Might change)

Settings Menu Layout Refresh

  • Segmented Controls & Toggles: Replaced the select dropdown boxes for Scoring Engine, Recommended Perks Layout, and Badge Overlay Mode with cohesive horizontal segmented button bars to match the databases toggle layout.
  • Destiny-Themed Action Buttons: Meticulously redesigned all popup action buttons (Sync Wishlist, Sync Grades, Clear Cache) to use clean, semi-transparent outline borders and colored active states instead of solid flat gradients.

Integrated Hover Help & Illustration

  • Help Hover tooltip: Hovering over the ? icon displays a guide details card explaining standard grades and 2-tier formulas.
  • Demo Badge Integration: Embedded the weapon badge image showing a 2-tier BS+ overlay directly inside the help card to clarify how to read grades.
  • Align & Boundary Protection: Tooltip expands relative to the header container, preventing it from clipping or overflowing the left popup edge.
