Release v1.1.0-beta

This is a beta release of the DIM Aegis Overlay extension. It introduces several visual adjustments to align with native DIM layouts, user preferences for side panels, performance-optimized perk registries, and fixed alignment algorithms on edge containers.

Aegis Recommended Perks & Best in Category (Spreadsheet Integration)

Added using the Aegis Spreadsheet database:

• Aegis Recommended Perks detail card: Shows the recommended perk checklist directly inside the DIM details view, letting you quickly see which items are matched, selectable, or missing.
• Best in Category: Displays the top weapons of the same category, frame, or energy type to let you know if the weapon is the best choice available or what superior alternatives exist.
• Inspiration & Credits: This feature is heavily inspired by the excellent Revadike/aegis-dim user script. Huge thanks and credit to Revadike for their design and layout ideas! (Note: This feature is currently only available in the Beta version)

DIM Styling Integration & Layout Preferences

• Inline / Side Panel Layout Toggle: Added a toggle switch in the settings popup allowing you to switch between showing the Aegis Recommended Perks as an extension panel (on the left/right sides) or inline underneath the sockets list, exactly as native DIM features.
• Improved Adaptive Side Alignment: The side panel calculates viewport margins dynamically. If opened near the right edge of the screen, it repositions itself to the left side (and vice-versa) to prevent horizontal window overflows or cutoffs.
• Native DIM Theme Matching: Colors, fonts, shadows, and margins have been meticulously adapted to blend seamlessly with the native Destiny Item Manager styling.

Search Floating Action Button

• Magnifying Glass FAB: Swapped out the launcher's shield icon for a clean, minimalist magnifying glass launcher icon on the bottom right corner.

Dynamic Perk Icon Scans

• Missing Perk Icons: Perk icons are now retrieved and displayed next to missing recommendations (Barrel, Mag, Perks, Origin) in both the hover tooltip and the "Aegis Recommended Perks" detail panel.
• Global Perk Registry Sync: The main world script queries and serializes newly discovered perks on-screen to IndexedDB. The content script listens for these updates dynamically so that missing perk entries display correct Bungie assets in real-time.

Installation (Developer Mode)

1. Download the release source code or the packaged dim-aegis-overlay-v1.1.0.zip file.
2. Unpack the ZIP file if installing manually.
3. Open Chrome/Opera and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
4. Enable Developer mode in the top-right corner.
5. Click Load unpacked and select the /dist or unpacked directory.
