DIM Aegis Overlay v1.0.0

A Chrome and Opera browser extension that overlays weapon roll grades directly inside Destiny Item Manager (DIM), drawing ratings from either the Aegis Wishlist (.txt) or live community ratings scraped from your Light.gg Roll Appraiser session.

Features & UI Upgrades

• Scoring Engine Selector: Switch between Aegis (DIM Wishlist) and Light.gg (Roll Appraiser) scoring modes directly via a dropdown in the settings popup.
• DIM Side-Panel Integration: Clicking any weapon in DIM now displays a beautiful details summary card inside the side-panel drawer, showing the item's grade badge, wishlist match percentage, and detailed theorycrafter recommendation notes.
• God Roll Gold Glow: Perfect-tier ($S$ and $S+$) weapon tiles are highlighted in your inventory grid with a premium pulsing gold border and drop-shadow animation.
• Light.gg Background Syncing: Sync your community grades from Light.gg in the background with a single click. The extension automatically loads, scrapes, and closes a background tab for you.
• Outdated Cache Warnings: The settings popup now tracks your last synced timestamp. If your cached grades are older than 48 hours, a warning banner recommends a sync to keep grades fresh.
• Clear Cache Utility: Added a "Clear Cache" button to allow users to purge local Light.gg grades instantly.

Performance & Stability

• Surgical DOM Scanning: The React Fiber scanner's MutationObserver has been optimized to inspect only newly added elements and their children, eliminating heavy page-wide DOM queries during inventory mutations.
• Storage Write Optimization: Storage writes are now guarded; the extension will only execute storage writes if new or updated grades are detected, reducing write cycles.
• Log Clean-up: Silenced verbose developer console logs to keep your browser console clean.

Installation Instructions

1. Download the pre-built dim-aegis-overlay-v1.0.0.zip asset from this release.
2. Unzip the file to a permanent folder on your computer.
3. Open your browser and go to chrome://extensions/ (or opera://extensions/).
4. Enable Developer mode (toggle in the top-right corner).
5. Click Load unpacked (top-left) and select the folder you unzipped.
