Jitter fixed (#4)
The constant camera/world shaking some players saw is fixed. It happened mostly on PCs where the game runs below the headset's refresh rate (which is why lowering the graphics settings did not help): the headset was correcting each frame from the wrong head pose. The mod now sends each frame with the exact pose it was drawn with whenever needed (submitpose auto, new default; your settings are updated automatically).
Tester fixes
- In-headset settings menu: point at an option to read its full description in the box under the list (long descriptions were cut).
- Pause menu (the menu button) now opens on the virtual screen, at a comfortable distance in front of you, instead of too close and off to the right.
- The game's HUD sits closer to the centre of the view (HUD size 0.3, was 0.4), so the weapon and ammo icon can be seen without looking to the far corner. Basic > HUD size goes down to 0.25 or back up if you prefer it larger.
Copies that did not start (#3)
- The game is always started in windowed mode for VR (exclusive fullscreen broke the headset resolution and the fast GPU path).
- If another program (for example RivaTuner/RTSS) takes over the game's Present call, the mod now hooks it another way instead of showing nothing in the headset.
- New Basic option Recording window: a 1920x1080 window with your view for OBS (Window Capture of "SpecOpsVR mirror").
Still open: two-handed grip needing a very precise hand position (#4) — please tell us how you grab the barrel (grip already closed or not, where on the gun).
