ReKHCoM 2.2-pre2 — Windows test build
This package contains newly compiled Windows 32/64-bit runtimes for EU, US and
JP cartridges, from source 7ea52c96e4865d5cd17819bbd2108fd63ece6385.
It is a prerelease. Keep your saves and extract into a separate folder for testing.
No ROM, save, configuration or imported Re:CoM media is included.
Changes since pre1:
- Fix the map-card and Moogle trade-in scroll calculations for a single page.
- Restore GBA-compatible zero-divisor results in the Windows64 guest runtime,
for signed/unsigned register and mapped-memory divisions at all operand widths.
Normal division remains unchanged. The new host and guest images belong together. - Preserve the original exception in crash reports instead of failing again
while reporting it. - Preserve the original enemy-card name/effect logic when its denominator is zero.
- Reject malformed package/audio records promptly and preserve recoverable import
progress. Keep valid expanded language tables and complete output on success. - Keep the selected HD movie voice while loading compatible translated subtitles.
- Stop launcher graphics initialization with a diagnostic if its context fails.
The Sora/door visibility correction from pre1 remains included in normal and HD
graphics. The shared source also contains Linux host changes; this Windows package
does not establish a Steam Deck/Proton or Android device fix.
Verification includes real division exceptions, original cartridge arithmetic,
production parser/task consumers and startup checks. Individual results and hashes
are recorded in the external build manifest. No all-game/all-device stability claim
is made. Moto startup/Jafar, Samsung Monstro and native Deck Gaming Mode reports
remain under investigation. Older incompatible save states remain rejected; use
your ordinary SRAM save for continuity.
For a new failure, include this exact version, runtime32/64, cartridge region,
HD options, last action and the launcher's report file. Refresh HD graphics from
your own source if an older import lacks the new synthesis artwork.
