Test build: pre17 plus

• Options: the HD section in order (HD text with its font choice, HD intros, HD music, HD cutscenes, HD HUD).
• Bonus Elite fits wide screens (16:9 to 32:9).
• RetroAchievements: unlocks made signed in but without a connection are sent on the next start.
• Approved art in the wide view for 14 more scenes.
• Steam Deck / Linux (#140): the native build is an alpha (32-bit, software drawing) and says so once.
  • The Windows build runs on Steam Deck and Linux through Proton and uses the GPU: in Steam, Add a Non-Steam
    Game > ReKHCoM.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Proton.
  • Native GPU test: Launch Options REKHCOM_GPU=1 %command%.
