SaveState v2.1b - Hotfix & Improvements

A quick update to address a regression in drag-and-drop and improve path validation flexibility.

• Drag & Drop Fix: Resolved an issue where the Multi-Profile dialog would simply fail to appear when dropping folders. The menu now launches correctly.
• Flexible Save Paths: Relaxed the save path validation logic. You can now select individual files as save targets (instead of just folders).
  • Note: This significantly improves compatibility with emulators like Ymir (Saturn) that use single files for save data.
