SaveState v2.1 - Playnite, Ymir & UI Redesign Part 2

This update expands our ecosystem with major new integrations and continues the UI overhaul started in v2.0. We now support the Playnite Launcher and the Ymir (Saturn) emulator, alongside significant improvements to workflow and Linux compatibility.

🎮 New Integrations: Playnite & Ymir

• Playnite Launcher Support: SaveState can now detect your Playnite library!
  • Added drag-and-drop support: simply drag Playnite shortcut into SaveState to detect its saves.
  • Includes smart detection logic for Playnite-managed games.
• Ymir (Sega Saturn) Support: Full support for the Ymir emulator.
  • SaveState intelligently handles Ymir's internal backup RAM, extracting and restoring individual saves rather than just copying the whole memory file.

🎨 UI Redesign Part 2

The interface is now faster and more intuitive:

• Inline Profile Management: You can now delete profiles directly from the list using the new Trash Icon 🗑️ appearing on the selected row.
• Unified "New Profile" Dialog: The standalone Minecraft button is gone. You can now create standard profiles OR select a Minecraft world from a single, unified "New Profile" window.
• Visual Polish: Updated icons for Backup/Restore buttons and improved font sizing for better readability.
• Smarter Panels: Settings and Profile Editor panels are now mutually exclusive to prevent UI clutter.

🔒 Locked Backups

• Pin Your Saves: You can now "Lock" a specific backup.
• Protection: Locked backups are exempt from the "Max Backups" rotation limit and will never be automatically deleted, perfect for keeping a specific checkpoint safe forever.

🐧 Linux & Arch Improvements

• Manual OAuth Dialog: Fixed an issue on some Linux distributions (like Arch) where the browser wouldn't open automatically during Google Drive login.
  • SaveState now provides a dialog with the authorization URL that you can manually copy and paste if the automatic redirect fails.

🛠️ Other Improvements

• Context Menus: Improved the right-click context menu on the profile list for better usability.
• Stability: Various internal fixes to the detection engine.
