Quick update to fix a few reported security concerns a user reported in the app!

✨ Changes ✨

• Fixed arbitrary file upload vulnerability in the backup import feature.
• New bookmarks now require URLs to start with http or https.
  • If you have bookmarks without http/https at the beginning of the URL, please update them to work with the new system.
• Fixed vulnerability in the /api/ping endpoint.
• Improved responsive design for certain desktop resolutions.
• Added translations for some items on the /config#general page.
