Another small update to add a requested feature and a health check for Docker!

• Move Bookmarks Between Pages
  • You can now move bookmarks between pages from /config#bookmarks.
    • Just click the arrow button on the left side of the bookmark and select the page you want to move it to.
• Added Health Check
  • You can now visit /health to check the app status.
• Added Extension Info
  • Added details about the browser extension to /config#help.

I also created a custom theme called Pumpkin Night to celebrate Halloween! 🎃
Feel free to use it by adding it in /colors#custom.
