Timeline Studio Skill v1.0.7 — Agent timeline markers

latest releases: v1.0.9, v1.0.8
one month ago

Timeline Studio Agents can now inspect and edit persistent timeline markers through the existing Skill, CLI, and MCP command workflow.

  • Read, add, update, and delete markers, chapters, ranges, and review notes with stable IDs and Unicode titles/notes.
  • Place annotations at exact project times; move ranges while preserving their duration.
  • Inspect the project, validate the plan, review its semantic diff, and save a new editable .timeline archive. Annotation-only tasks do not require video rendering.
  • Preserve original project files, media bytes, and rendered duration. Fix imported duplicate/missing marker IDs and 1ms range movement boundaries.
  • Document chapter planning, evidence-based beat cues, source-time mapping, and revision notes in the Skill, with updated CLI/MCP references and localized README updates.

Install the published Skill for Codex:

gh skill install MartinDelophy/ai-video-editor edit-timeline-studio --pin v1.0.7 --agent codex --scope user

Skill installation copies the workflow. Local commands require a Timeline Studio repository checkout with its Node dependencies; run the MCP adapter from that checkout.

Validation: npm run check, Skill structure validation, real CLI/MCP calls, an independent Agent workflow, archive/media preservation, and marker edge-case checks passed. The existing lint warnings remain.
