电脑版 pdfjs plugin 需要更新, download pdf js

1. fix #135 , 导出 pdf 标注支持中文，可以在第三方软件中查看，中文不再是乱码
2. 添加垂直时间线布局，ctrl + k
3. 添加右侧鱼骨图布局，ctrl + q
4. 添加左侧鱼骨图布局，ctrl + t
