A small update to 2.0: a new board, a boot-loop fix for the ProMicro with a CardKB, and a few smaller fixes.
Coming from 2.0, your settings, contacts, channels and messages stay as they are, and you don't need to erase the flash.

Wio Tracker L2: Settings › Firmware update finds 2.0.1 and installs it over WiFi.
New board
- Simpson (experimental): a DIY nRF52840 board with an SH1106 OLED and its own keypad (T9 typing, buzzer). Its schematic and keypad are in the hardware docs. Thanks to @sim1988son (#49).
Fixes
- ProMicro with a CardKB: since rc3 the device froze on the boot screen and rebooted over and over. On this board the CardKB shares the I2C bus with the screen, and the keyboard was being read in the middle of a screen update. (#51)
- ProMicro and GAT562 Mesh Watch13: Cyrillic, Greek and accented letters now show as themselves instead of filled squares. Both builds now have the full screen font the other OLED boards already use.
- Ping (OLED): the ping result window now scrolls. Up and Down reach the last row (SNR back), which used to be hidden, and Enter sends the ping from any row. (#50)
- Wio Tracker L2: a long screen title now fits in the title bar. First the battery percentage, then the button labels make room for it (their icons stay); only if that isn't enough is the title shortened with "…".
For builders
- New build flag
UI_ENTER_DOUBLE_BACK=1: double-clicking Enter goes back, for a joystick whose Back button is hard to reach. Off by default; only the GAT562 30S target wires it up. See build flags.
