Added

• Reader interface: a reader can name the input files of a run (input_files), list the outputs of a run folder (outputs) and name the files of one output (output_files). Sidecars and simulationrecord ask the reader for them. RAMSES registers all three.

Changed

• simulationrecord(path): namelist_changed_at marks the outputs at which any of the run's input files changed, not only the namelist.
• simulationrecord gives no refinement levels for codes without a grid (particle data).

Fixed

• With MERA_QUIET=1, the :Zsun unit was not registered, so getvar(gas, :metallicity, :Zsun) failed.
