Mera v1.10.0

RAMSES outputs written in IO groups (IOGROUPSIZE) are read like plain outputs.
weighting=:sph works for any particles: without a stored smoothing length, Mera takes one from the 32 nearest neighbours (a grid density estimate above a million particles). Totals are unchanged; the moiré of particles near their initial lattice is gone.
quicklook: physical units picked per run, never code units; periodic boxes centred on their structure (periodicity from the namelist); sinks; comoving box size of cosmological runs; ionised gas and RT temperature on RT runs; readable elapsed times.
report: cards for RT ionisation fractions and periodic radii; readable titles and units.
Docs: new page "The Test Simulations", with the known answer, tests and a quicklook for each public test simulation.

:T on RT runs uses the run's own composition and the μ of each cell from its ion fractions. Temperatures of RT runs change. Without the ion columns, Mera warns and keeps a constant μ.
Phase diagrams in quicklook and report use the roma colour map.

RT ion fractions on MHD runs read a magnetic-field column.
profile, phase and map plots failed on a quantity with one value everywhere.
The getvar "no center" hint appeared also for an origin given on purpose.
Edge-on panels of quicklookplot used a different colour map from the face-on ones.
