Improvements and Bug Fixes

• Added commands "Open Flow Editors in Selection" and "Close Flow Editors in Selection" to command palette, hotkey can be added through Obsidian settings.
• Added setting to use file explorer plug-ins and spaces at the same time
• Added heading for heading flow editors in Classic mode
• Fixed reveal file in navigation issues
• Added Make Menu being able to be triggered after a bullet point
• Fixed Flow Editor toggle label
• Fixed issue where flow editors sometimes cannot be edited or crashes
