MakazhanAlpamys/Soup v0.7.2

v0.7.2 — Web UI (CI fix)

on GitHub

Fixes 2 CI test failures from v0.7.1:

• Lazy FastAPI imports: moved from fastapi import ... inside create_app() so STATIC_DIR can be imported without fastapi installed (matches project convention)
• ANSI escape codes: strip Rich markup before asserting --port in help output

See v0.7.0 release notes for the full Web UI changelog.
