• macOS CI fix: ANSI-safe assertions in help text tests (Typer inserts escape codes between hyphens in flags)
• Path confinement: All input/output paths now use resolve() + relative_to(cwd) instead of simple .. check
• Circular import fix: Extracted parse_json_array into shared _utils.py module
• Rate limiting: --requests-per-minute flag now actually enforced (was declared but unused)
• trust_remote_code warning: Rich warning panel before loading local models
• Dedup logging: Silent ValueError in MinHash LSH replaced with debug logging

Rebrand

• New terracotta logo (#C0512D) replacing old purple/cyan theme
• Web UI color scheme updated to warm orange/terracotta palette
• Chart colors updated to match new branding
