• CI: fix ANSI escape code issue in help output assertions on macOS
  • Rich/Typer renders --flag names with ANSI codes on macOS, breaking exact string matches
  • Tests now use ANSI-safe word checks instead of --flag patterns
• Includes all v0.18.1 fixes (see v0.18.1 release notes)

Stats: 1457 tests, 86 deploy tests, all passing on Ubuntu/macOS/Windows
