Bug Fixes

• soup data validate — now auto-detects dataset format when --format is not specified (was defaulting to alpaca, causing false "0/N rows valid" on non-alpaca data)
• soup data stats — histogram now works on Windows (force UTF-8 stdout for plotext)
• soup ui --help — now documents auth token feature; added --show-token flag for scripting

Tests

• 7 new tests (1021 total), all passing
